At QoS Jewels, every piece of jewelry is individually handcrafted. Because of the unique and handmade nature of our products, we have a limited return policy.

Please read the following carefully before placing an order.


Returns

Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items.

All sales are considered final unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the defect

After reviewing your request, we may offer:

  • A replacement of the item, or

  • A refund if replacement is not possible


Conditions for Replacement or Refund

Items must:

  • Be reported within 7 days of delivery

  • Not show signs of misuse, damage, or modification

  • Be returned if requested by us for inspection

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the item has been damaged due to improper use.


Handmade Variations

Because each item is handmade, small variations in finish, shape, or texture may occur. These variations are part of the craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
